Our online shop offers unique fashion products from our exclusive designers with great quality and reliable production. Each product is manufactured according to each order, our QC team will inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.
Satisfaction Guaranteed within 48 hours: We love happy customers and will work hard to ensure you are!! Should your item arrive damaged, wrong product, size, color, etc.…. OR you just don’t LOVE IT, we will be happy to issue either a store credit for the same amount, or an exchanged for another item of your choice for the same amount, as long as within 48 hours of delivery you kindly provide a brief description of the issue along with a picture and send it to: support@designfrequencies.com, We're sorry if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We will do our best to meet your demand.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit. Any return without our authorization will be not-refunded. Exchange or return will be made once the warehouse have received the item.

Do not return an item to us until after you have contacted us at support@designfrequencies.com; and have been instructed on how to proceed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order cancellations:
You can only cancel your order within 2 hours from purchasing time of the same day.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Customer's responsibility:
Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout. Please note that Unisex sizes tend to be slightly larger than regular sizes. Make sure you check the size chart for more details (FAQ’s). . If customers choose the wrong item or wrong size, customers can exchange the item. In this case, customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval exchange. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Step 1: Request a return or an exchange, please contact our after-sales customer service at support@designfrequencies.com
- Step 2: Select the type of return problem on the contact us page, providing the order number and your email as required, our customer service team will contact you.
- Step 3: We will authorize your return with our return shipping address.
- Step 4: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.
- Step 5: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.
ABOUT DELIVERY
- Most orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days of being placed. In busy time we may need more time to ship your order and we greatly appreciate your patience. Our top priority is to send orders to you are soon as possible!
- Please note that we only process orders on business days (Monday-Friday).

- All delivery times are estimated and Design Frequencies is not responsible for delays due to some unpredicted factors (weather, courier factors, customer error, and holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
- Customer has 2 hours to make any changes to the order after submitting the payment. Once a package has been packed or shipped out, we cannot change the shipping address for you. Please ensure the shipping address is correct during the checkout. We are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
- All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Design Frequencies cannot be made liable of packages lost in this case.
Order Status
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send notifications to the email you provided when you placed the order. This notification should include a tracking number which you can use to track your package from our distribution center right to your front door.
- We also record every tracking number in account purchase history for registered users. We do not offer shipping to every country. If your location is out of range of our distribution, send us an email and we'll do our best to help you.
- NOTES: if you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24 hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our transmission to the shipper's first scan at one of their destination points.
- If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery date, you can check your order status online in the account center. If you have any other problems please contact us.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SOLARIZING WATER PRODUCTS:

ABOUT TAX
Import tax differs from country to country which totally depends on the local policy of the country. Design Frequencies can neither be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay this fee.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@designfrequencies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
